Red Sea Shipping Security
Foreign intelligence support for the Houthis in Yemen is helping them disrupt ships in the Red Sea. Investors watch this because shipping delays can raise costs for global trade and defense companies.
What changed
Reports reveal deeper Russian and Iranian intelligence integration supporting Houthi maritime disruptions in the Red Sea.
Who wins / who loses
Defense contractors and alternative shipping routes benefit from prolonged Red Sea instability, while global supply chains and logistics firms face higher costs and delays.
Time horizon
Think in terms of the next few weeks.
Confidence & best fit

Baskets that own the theme without betting on one company.
Single stocks (higher risk)
