1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OppHub America at opphubamerica.com and related pages, apps, emails, and services we operate (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OppHub America is a U.S.-focused digital media and education property that publishes news summaries, market context, tools, and partner offers related to money, investing, policy, and career / side-hustle topics. 3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use certain features (for example, accounts, Club membership, or community tools). If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, or created legal or security risk.

5. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

Content on OppHub America is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, product, or service.

6. AI-assisted & third-party sourced content

Many articles are researched, summarized, or rewritten with AI assistance from publicly available headlines, press, government feeds, and similar sources (for example RSS and public filings). We produce original OppHub America framing (including money angles and summaries) and aim not to republish full copyrighted source articles verbatim.

AI and automated pipelines can contain errors, omissions, or outdated details. Tickers, dates, numbers, and attributions should be verified against primary sources before you act. Linked third-party sites are not controlled by us; their terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including branding, layout, original text, graphics, and software we create — is owned by OppHub America or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. 9. Membership, Club & billing

Some features may require a paid Club or membership subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe (or another processor we designate). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel.

You can manage or cancel according to the tools we provide in-account or by contacting us. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable for partial periods after a billing cycle starts. Prices and benefits may change; we will provide notice as required.

Free or promotional periods (if any) convert to paid plans under the disclosed terms when the promo ends unless you cancel first.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPPHUB AMERICA AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT OR PARTNER OFFER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OppHub America and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we post revisions. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction's laws, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply. Subject to those protections, disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
