(NYSE American: $GPUS+WL), an artificial intelligence (" AI ") data center company anchored by Bitcoin (" Hyperscale Data " or the " Company "), today announced preliminary financial information for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Based on the Company's current financial review, which remains subject to completion of its financial closing procedures and customary review, Hyperscale Data expects to report: approximately $360 million in total assets, representing approximately $0.62 per outstanding Class A common share; approximately $110 million of stockholders' equity attributable to Hyperscale Data; and book value of approximately $0.20 per outstanding Class A common share, based on approximately 581.5 million Class A common shares outstanding as of June 30, 2026.
