Multiconsult ASA and Rejlers AB announced on September 7, 2026, that their boards have approved a merger plan to combine the two companies. The new entity, to be named Multiconsult Rejlers, will establish a leading pan-Nordic multidisciplinary consultancy group with a significant presence in Energy and Industry sectors.
