Athletico Selects Raintree EHR Platform for Growth

Athletico Physical Therapy has chosen Raintree Systems as its enterprise-wide Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform, signaling a strategic partnership focused on growth and operational enhancement. The selection, effective September 8, 2026, follows an extensive evaluation process where Raintree demonstrated a strong combination of platform capabilities, scalability, and a partnership-oriented approach.

Raintree's full suite of solutions, encompassing practice management, patient intake, EHR, communications, analytics, and revenue cycle management, will be implemented across Athletico's nearly 900 clinics. This includes Raintree's AI-native note generation, coding, and scheduling functionalities, designed to streamline workflows and improve visibility for complex, multi-site therapy organizations. Athletico cited Raintree's understanding of operational realities in organizations like theirs as a key factor in the decision.
