Natura's second-quarter 2026 performance revealed contrasting trends, with its Brazilian operations contending with revenue headwinds while Hispanic markets provided a significant boost to growth and profitability. The company announced consolidated revenue of BRL 5.2 billion, impacted by internal adjustments and a subdued consumer environment in Brazil.

In contrast, Hispanic markets experienced a +7.2% growth in constant currency. The Natura brand alone increased by 12.3% in the region, with Avon also seeing a 4.7% rise. Profitability in these markets improved, with an EBITDA margin reaching 7.6%, a 220 basis point year-over-year increase. Brazil's EBITDA margin was 16.4%, though it was pressured by temporary tax effects.

Consolidated EBITDA for the quarter was BRL 620 million, reflecting a 12.0% margin, or 13.2% excluding tax impacts. This represents a sequential improvement of 470 basis points from the prior quarter. Despite the challenges in Brazil, the company generated positive free cash flow of BRL 342 million and slightly reduced leverage.

Natura is implementing strategic initiatives in the second half of the year to address Brazilian revenue pressures, including supply chain rebalancing, sales force incentives, accelerated store openings, and expansion of its digital sales platform.
